Our Process & Standards
Every service page on this site has its own step-by-step process, because a hard water treatment isn’t the same job as a solar panel cleaning. This page is different: it’s how we approach every job, regardless of which service you book.

How We Approach Every Job
We assess before we quote.
Every job starts with understanding what your property actually needs, including window count, access, condition, and any specific problems such as hard water spotting or construction residue. We base the quote on the property’s size, access, condition, and service requirements rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all rate.
We explain scope before starting.
You know what’s included and what isn’t before any work begins. If something outside the agreed scope comes up, we tell you rather than doing extra work you didn’t ask for and didn’t expect to pay for.
We test before we treat.
For anything that needs a more aggressive approach, such as treating construction residue or bonded hard-water deposits, we test a small area first rather than applying one method across an entire property.
We check our own work.
Every job ends with a walkthrough or final check before we consider it done, not just an assumption that it’s finished.
Equipment and Methods We Use
Water-fed poles
For cleaning high or hard-to-reach windows from the ground, reducing the need for ladders in suitable situations.
Purified water
For suitable exterior glass cleaning, helping reduce mineral spotting when used correctly.
Professional squeegees
For a streak-free interior finish.
Professional cleaning solutions
For tracks, sills, and general grime.
Extended-reach equipment
For two-story, hillside, and gutter work.
We match the method to the job rather than using one approach for everything. A light dust wipe-down and a bonded hard water treatment aren’t the same process, even though both end with clean glass.
Safety and Insurance
We’re licensed and insured, and we provide proof of coverage on request before any work begins. Safety equipment and methods are chosen based on the property, access, and job type, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
If a job requires equipment or expertise outside window cleaning, like electrical work, roof repair, or structural issues, we say so rather than attempting something outside our scope.
What Stays the Same Across Every Service
Regardless of which service you’re booking, a few things don’t change:
A written quote before work begins.
No verbal estimate that changes once the crew arrives.
No pressure to add services you don’t need.
We recommend what your property actually needs, not the most expensive option available.
The same crew that quotes your property is the one that shows up.
Not a dispatch service sending whoever’s available.
We flag problems, we don’t guess at repairs.
If we notice something beyond our scope, a damaged window seal, an electrical issue near a solar panel, or a structural concern, we tell you so you can follow up with the right professional.
Process Details by Service
Every service has its own specific process, built around what that job actually requires:
Before Your Appointment
To help the job go smoothly, let us know about access restrictions, locked gates, pets, or parking limitations when you book. If there are specific areas you want us to pay extra attention to, mention those too. If the service requires interior access, we’ll confirm that with you before the appointment.
